In short
- Ask within 14 days of a charge and you get a full refund.
- This applies to your first payment and to every renewal, on monthly and annual plans.
- You do not need to give a reason.
- Email [email protected] to ask. We pass the request to Paddle, which sends the money back.
The 14-day refund window
The 14 days start on the date a payment is taken. If you ask for a refund inside that window, we approve it. We do not ask you to prove that the product failed or to use it first.
The window applies to each payment on its own. A renewal is a new payment with its own 14 days, so a yearly plan that renews and is not wanted can be refunded in full within 14 days of the renewal date.
Taxes that Paddle collected on the payment are refunded with it.
How to ask for a refund
- Send an email to [email protected] from the address on your account.
- Write “Refund” in the subject and, if you can, include the invoice number from your Paddle receipt.
- We reply, usually within two business days, and confirm the refund with Paddle.
You can also ask Paddle directly. Your receipt email from Paddle has a link to their help page, where a refund request can be made without contacting us.
After a refund
Paddle sends the money back to the payment method you used. The time it takes to show up depends on your bank or card provider and is commonly 5 to 10 business days.
When a refund is issued, your subscription ends and your projects stop being worked on by the crew. You can export your data before you ask, and you can sign up again later.
Cancelling your plan
You can cancel at any time from your account. Cancelling stops the next charge. You keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for.
Cancelling is not the same as asking for a refund. If you also want the latest payment back and you are inside the 14-day window, ask us as described above.
