How it works

From your websiteto a working crew.

Seven steps, and you are in the loop exactly as much as you want to be. Here is what happens, who does it and what is left for you.

  1. 01

    Teach it your product

BrainPilot reads your site and lists what it found: what you sell, who it is for, your claims, your voice. You approve each fact, edit it or remove it. From then on the agents write only from approved facts, so nothing is made up about you.

You Give BrainPilot your website and approve the facts it finds.

  2. 02

Set the goal and the pace

Pick a goal, then set an autonomy level per agent and per kind of action, from Off to Full autopilot. Set daily spend caps and the limits that pause sending. You can change all of it at any time.

You Say what you want to grow and choose how much each agent does alone.

  3. 03

    Compass makes the plan

Compass turns a written marketing playbook into the week’s plan: which experiments to try, which channels to push, what to stop. The plan becomes tasks on the shared board.

You Read the plan and approve it, or change it.

  4. 04

    The crew does the work

Scout finds companies that fit and drafts personal emails. Quill drafts articles and page copy. Lens audits pages and proposes edits. Echo drafts social posts. Atlas prepares listings. Work moves between agents on the board.

You Nothing, unless something stops at a gate.

  5. 05

    The Reviewer checks every item

Before anything reaches your queue, a Reviewer checks it against fixed rules: opt-out line and address, truthful subject, the never-email list, repeat contacts, facts and claims. A draft that fails is sent back for fixes, and one that still fails is held.

You Nothing. Items that fail come back to the agent first.

  6. 06

    You decide what goes out

Drafts, replies and proposals wait in one queue with the reason each is there. At the autonomy levels you choose, safe items go out on their own and the rest wait for you. Every autonomous decision is written to the decision journal, and there is an undo window.

You Approve, edit or reject each item in your queue.

  7. 07

Replies come in, results come back

Relay reads each reply, sorts it, drafts the answer and honours unsubscribes straight away. Pulse builds the Monday report: what went out, who replied, where signups came from and what each agent cost. Chief sends a short daily digest. Then Compass plans the next week from what actually happened.

You Answer the conversations that need you. Read Monday’s report.

Questions

Before you start.

What do I need to start?

Your website and a few minutes to approve the facts BrainPilot finds. To send and read email for a project, you also connect a mailbox for it.

Do I have to approve everything?

Only as much as you choose. At Propose, every item waits for you. As trust grows, raise the level for the safe kinds of action and keep the rest on approval.

What if I change my mind about a setting?

Change it whenever you like. Each agent has its own level, and the stop buttons work at once.

Can I see why an agent did something?

Yes. Every autonomous decision is in the decision journal with the reason, and every AI call is metered per agent.

Is my data kept apart from other customers?

Yes. Each project has its own facts, prospects, mailbox settings and reports, separate from every other project and every other customer.
