Finds the companiesworth writing to.

BrainPilot Scout looks for companies that really fit your product, reads their sites and writes a personal email for each one. It never sends anything on its own unless you have set it to.

What Scout does

One job, done every day.

Finds companies that fit, reads their sites and writes a personal email for each one.

Finds fitting prospects

Scout searches for companies that match the customer you describe, and skips the ones that are already in your pipeline or on your never-email list.

Reads before it writes

It reads each prospect’s own website, so the email refers to something real about them instead of a template.

Scores every prospect

Each prospect gets a score and a reason, so the best fits reach you first and weak fits are dropped.

Drafts a personal email

One draft per prospect, in your voice, using only the facts you have approved. Every draft goes through the Reviewer before it reaches you.

Uses contacts it can source

Addresses come from a company’s own pages or a published business address, and each one is logged with where it came from and why it was used.

Your control

You stay in charge.

The safety rules run in every mode. Everything else, you set.

Choose who is a fit

You describe the customer you want. Scout works inside that description and inside the regions you allow.

Approve every email

At Propose, each draft waits in your queue. Raise the level only when you trust the results.

Cap what goes out

Daily send limits, and an automatic pause on high bounces or any complaint, protect your domain.

Stop it in a second

A kill switch for Scout, a never-email list no agent can override, and a decision journal for everything it did alone.

Example decision journal
  • Scout scored 14 of 50 prospects
  • Scout skipped a prospect: already contacted
  • Scout drafted 6 personal emails for review
  • Reviewer held a draft: missing address

Questions

About Scout.

Will Scout send cold emails by itself?

Only if you allow it. By default Scout proposes and you approve each email. Every email carries an opt-out and your address whatever the setting.

Where do the email addresses come from?

From a company’s own pages, role addresses or a person’s own published business address. Each is logged with its source and the reason it was used.

What if a prospect says no?

The unsubscribe is honoured at once and added to the never-email list, which no agent can override.
