What counts as a project?
A project is one product, brand or client that the crew markets. Each project has its own approved facts, prospects, mailbox settings and reports, kept separate from every other project.
What is included in every plan?
The whole crew. All nine agents, every autonomy level and every safety control are on every plan. Plans differ only by the number of projects.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Move up when you add projects and down when you need fewer.
How does annual billing work?
Pay yearly and you get two months free compared with paying monthly. The page shows the monthly equivalent when you switch to Annual.
Who handles payment and tax?
Paddle is our merchant of record. It collects payment, calculates any sales tax or VAT at checkout and issues your invoice.
