The one who keepsthe crew in order.
BrainPilot Chief is your AI CEO. It watches everything the other agents do, decides what happens first, and tells you the moment something needs a person.
One job, done every day.
Watches the whole crew, sets the order of work and tells you the moment something needs you.
Orders the work
Each day Chief looks at what is waiting and sets the order of work across the crew, so the most useful task goes first.
Watches the numbers that matter
Bounce rate, complaints and spend against your caps. When a limit is passed, Chief pauses sending before the problem grows.
Sends you what needs you
A draft to approve, a reply to check, a decision only you can make. Chief puts it in your queue with the reason it is there.
Keeps the board moving
Chief notices tasks that are stuck and raises them, so nothing sits unseen between two agents.
Writes the daily digest
A short, quiet summary: what moved, what is waiting for you and anything that was paused and why.
You stay in charge.
The safety rules run in every mode. Everything else, you set.
Set its autonomy
Choose how much Chief decides alone, from Off to Full autopilot. At Propose, every change it wants goes through you first.
Set the limits it enforces
Daily spend caps and the bounce and complaint limits that trigger an automatic pause are yours to set.
Stop it in a second
A kill switch per agent and one for the whole crew, plus an undo window on actions taken without you.
See every decision
Anything Chief decides on its own is written to the decision journal, with the reason.
- Chief ordered today’s work: 3 drafts, 6 replies, 1 report
- Chief paused sending: bounce rate over limit
- Chief moved a draft to your queue: needs your approval
- Chief sent the daily digest
Part of one crew.
About Chief.
Does Chief run my business?
No. Chief runs the crew’s work: order, health and hand-offs. Decisions about your product, prices and what is true about your company stay with you, and the agents only use facts you have approved.
Can Chief act without asking me?
Only as far as you allow. Set it to Propose and it asks for each decision. Set it higher and it acts inside your rules, with every decision recorded in the journal.
What happens when something goes wrong?
Chief pauses the affected work, tells you what happened and why, and waits. Nothing is hidden, and you can undo or restart from the journal.
