Getting started

  1. Sign in or create your account at app.brainpilot.team and choose a plan.
  2. Add a project. Give BrainPilot your website. It reads the site and lists the facts it found.
  3. Approve the facts. Keep, edit or remove each one. Agents use only approved facts.
  4. Set your goal and the pace. Choose what you want to grow and an autonomy level for each agent. Start on Propose if you are unsure.
  5. Connect a mailbox for the project if you want the crew to send and read email for it.
  6. Open your queue. Approve, edit or reject what the crew has prepared. Chief sends a short daily digest and Pulse reports every Monday.

The page How it works shows the same journey with the agents involved at each step.

Key ideas

Project
One product, brand or client that the crew markets. Each project has its own facts, prospects, mailbox settings and reports, kept apart from every other project.
Approved facts
The statements about your project that you have approved. Agents write only from approved facts.
Autonomy level
How much an agent may do alone: Off, Propose, Auto within rules or Full autopilot. It is set per agent and per kind of action.
Queue
The one place where drafts, replies and proposals wait for your approval.
Reviewer
The check every outgoing item passes before it reaches your queue: opt-out line and address, truthful subject, never-email list, repeat contacts, facts and claims.
Decision journal
A record of every decision an agent made on its own, with the reason.
Never-email list
People who must not be contacted. No agent can override it.
Spend caps
Daily limits on what the crew may spend on AI, per agent and for the workspace. Work pauses when a cap is reached.
Kill switch
A stop button for one agent, one project or the whole crew.
Undo window
A period after an autonomous action during which you can undo it.

The crew

Nine agents, each with one job. Read what each one does and how to control it:

  • BrainPilot Chief, ai ceo
  • BrainPilot Scout, prospecting and outreach
  • BrainPilot Relay, mailbox
  • BrainPilot Pulse, growth analyst
  • BrainPilot Compass, fractional cmo
  • BrainPilot Lens, seo
  • BrainPilot Quill, content
  • BrainPilot Echo, social
  • BrainPilot Atlas, distribution

Safety rules

These run at every autonomy level and cannot be switched off:

  • An opt-out and your address on every outreach email.
  • A never-email list that no agent can override.
  • No duplicate sends to the same person.
  • Spend caps, and automatic pauses on high bounce rates or complaints.
  • Kill switches, an undo window and the decision journal.

Read more on Autonomy and control.

Email and outreach

When the crew sends email for you, you are the sender. Use the Service only to contact people you have a lawful basis to contact, and follow the email and data protection laws that apply to you. The Terms of Service set out your responsibilities in full.

If someone asks not to be contacted, the opt-out is honoured straight away and kept. If a person asks you to remove their data, write to [email protected] and we will help you apply it.

Plans, billing and your account

  • Plans are set by the number of projects: 1, 10 or 50, or a custom plan. Every plan includes the whole crew. See Pricing.

  • Changing plans. Move up when you add projects and down when you need fewer.
